China International Diesel Engine Summit was held to discuss energy saving and emission reduction. High-pressure cleaning car pays attention to the future development of China's international diesel engine!
The Summit Forum conveyed the Chinese government's requirements for environmental protection of diesel engines: since July 1, 2013, diesel engines have implemented national IV emission regulations nationwide; relevant laws and regulations for controlling motor vehicle emissions have been submitted to the National People's Congress for examination and verification. Qin Jian, general manager of Koran, the largest producer and supplier of automotive exhaust reductants in China, delivered a speech on the theme of AdBlue's National Standards and Infrastructure Construction Process.
Compared with gasoline engines, the thermal efficiency of diesel engines is 30% higher and the greenhouse effect of emissions is 45% lower than that of gasoline engines. However, the harmful particulate matter emitted by diesel engines after combustion is too large, which requires strict emission regulations to regulate and supervise the exhaust emissions of diesel engines. On July 1, 2013, the State Environmental Protection Administration has formally implemented the "National IV" emission standards. At present, Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shenzhen and many other provinces and cities have fully implemented the emission standards. Under such circumstances, both commercial vehicles, off-road mobile machinery, engine manufacturers and professional enterprises of emission technology need to increase the actual emission technology. The application lays a solid foundation for the full implementation of "Guo IV" emission in 2014.
In terms of technology, the industry experts present also indicated that SCR technology is the mainstream technology of diesel engine emission in China IV, no matter from which aspect. At present, SCR technology is widely used in medium and heavy trucks, buses and buses because of its good power, meeting strict emission standards and low requirements for cooling system. However, SCR system needs to add tail gas reductant to convert nitrogen oxides in tail gas into nitrogen and water. The reductant here is AdBlue water solution with specific concentration. This means that AdBlue solution for automobiles will become a consumable of the same nature as diesel oil.
AdBlue National Standard for Vehicle, Nitrogen Oxide Reducing Agent Urea Aqueous Solution for Diesel Engine, was implemented on July 1, 2013. The standard was discussed and formulated by Jiangsu Kolan Gas Vehicle Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and is the first national standard for vehicle urea solution products in China. It is completely consistent with ISO international standards and German DIN standards. The implementation of this standard provides the legal basis for the production, testing and storage of automotive urea in China's urea production enterprises.
It is reported that the accounting was held in Beijing from December 5 to 6. The purpose of this meeting is to build an optimal platform for the government, industry leaders and relevant professionals to discuss the policies, regulations, latest technological achievements and future technological development trend of diesel engine energy conservation and emission reduction, so as to bring real value for participants, automobile parts manufacturers, automobile aftermarket and society.
